We do not accept returns or exchanges. We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible; however breakage may occur during transit. Please inspect your package upon reception and contact us via email at zenessentialscandleco@gmail.com within 14 days to include the following:

  • Photos of the packaging and candle if possible.
  • Your order number and quantity of broken candles.
